    Do Curry Tree pastes have dairy ingredients in them?

    Not all Curry Tree pastes have dairy ingredients in them. However, if you’re allergic to dairy, read the list of ingredients before you make a purchase.

    Do you have any curry pastes from the North East?

    Right now, we have curry pastes from Goa, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We will be adding curries from other regions of India and one of our kitchen stops will certainly be the North East. We can’t wait to bottle some real fiery curry recipes. Watch this space!

    How do I store the paste after 1 serving?

    Your Curry Tree product lasts 12 months from date of manufacture.
    If you have opened the bottle, but wish to use some of the paste at a later date, then seal the cap back on to make it airtight, and refrigerate. Consume within 7 days.

    Where is the nearest store I can pick-up a Curry Tree product?

    Currently, we are only available online - on this website and on Amazon. We will update you the moment we are available in supermarkets and stores near you

    Is shopping at secure?

    Absolutely! We have received Global SSL certification that ensures that all payments made at are secure. A Global SSL certification means that all types of data - login and personal information, credit/ debit card credentials and passwords and netbanking information are protected with a shield of maximum security, enabling secure communication between your browser and our website.

    I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

    We know this can be very frustrating, but it doesn’t have to be. In case you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Forget link, enter the email address used to create your account, and follow simple instructions on how to reset your password. That was quick!

    I don’t remember the email address I used to create my Curry Tree account. What do I do?

    Okay, this is a tough one! Unfortunately, you’ll have to create a new Curry Tree account, because there’s no way we can help in retrieving your existing account without the email address used to create it.

    I am unable to login into my account.

    Try the ‘Forgot Password’ option. If you are still unable to log in, write to us at, from your registered email address. Or you can call us on +919321477742, from your registered mobile number.

    I want to unsubscribe from Curry Tree promotional emails and SMS updates.

    Click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your email, or send us an email at However, we’d love to have you back. If you have a change of heart, our doors are always open.

    Money was deducted during the transaction but I did not get order confirmation.

    Usually, this happens when your bank withholds funds for a specific reason. Don’t worry, your transaction amount will automatically be refunded into your account, within 72 hours.     What happens in case of a payment failure?

    In case there’s a payment failure and charges are incurred, the refund will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway. The refund will be made to the same bank account that was used for the failed transaction and is subject to the third-party vendor’s policy. Comment: payment to an account other than the customer’s account/ third party payment is not permitted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

    I have not yet received the refund for my online payment.

    Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be deposited into your bank account within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please reach out to us at, or call us on +9193214 77742.

    There’s an error that keeps popping up every time I checkout.

    An error message during checkout could mean a few things. Make sure your billing information is correct. This includes the card number, expiration date and CVC (security code printed on the back of your credit/ debit card). If your card has expired or has an invalid expiration date, the payment will not go through and you may receive an error message.     I got the Transaction Failure error.

    Entering the wrong credit/debit card credentials is one of the most common reasons for a failed transaction. Make sure you enter the correct credit/debit card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC).

    A Payment unsuccessful error was shown

    The most common reason for unsuccessful card payment is: Declined by the issuer bank (reasons include - insufficient funds, invalid PIN, blocked card, and all other response codes related to the state of the card or the linked account in the issuer bank.

    Why are the items in my shopping cart not available now?

    Looks like these are items you added to your shopping cart a while ago, but decide to buy them later. In all probability, these items were available when you added them to your shopping cart, but are out of stock now. Your items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve checked out, or removed them from your cart. We suggest you re-login to your Curry Tree account by clicking the SIGN IN button and begin shopping.

    Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

    Yes, to buy something on our website, you first need to register/ create an account. Don’t stress, it'll take only a couple of minutes. When you register on, it lets us collect important information that will help us service your order better, enable us to stock items of your preference, and ensure faster checkout each time you shop with us, and also help us improve on-site recommendations.

    Why am I unable to apply a coupon to my order?

    This could happen for three possible reasons:
    1. The coupon is not applicable to a particular product that you wish to purchase.
    2. You’ve purchased more than one product, and the coupon is not valid for one of the products..
    3. The coupon code that you have entered is incorrect

    Can I apply multiple coupons to a single order?

    No, you cannot combine different coupons in a single order. Only one offer is applicable to a single order

    Can I use multiple shipping addresses for the same order?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer multiple-address delivery for the same order. We suggest you place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

    Can I order for delivery to a different address?

    Our system gives you the option of adding unlimited addresses and storing them on your account page. You can take advantage of this feature to deliver orders to different addresses. All you need to do is select the new shipping address which is different from your default shipping address or enter the correct address at the time of checkout.

    What are the accepted modes of payment?

    We accept only online payments through all major brand credit & debit cards via the Razorpay platform.
