Just like Test cricket, this recipe requires patience, skill and time. In this recipe, tender pieces of mutton, surrounded by a medley of spices, sliced onions and diced tomatoes are fried lightly in mustard oil and then stewed slowly for hours in a closed pot or pan, until the meat is soft and juicy. If the meat is easily separable from the bone using the thumb and forefinger, then it’s Lunch!

How do I store the paste after 1 serving?
Your Curry Tree product lasts 12 months from date of manufacture.
If you have opened the bottle, but wish to use some of the paste at a later date, then seal the cap back on to make it airtight, and refrigerate. Consume within 7 days.Where is the nearest store I can pick-up a Curry Tree product?
