    Malabar Kala Chana

    • (a) Presoak 150 gms of kala chana for at least 3 hrs.
    • (b) Pressure cook with salt and 300 ml water and keep aside
    • Sauté 100g Curry Tree paste in a kadai. Add the pre cooked kala chana along with 200 ml water and cook till the gravy thickens.
    • Once curry is ready, add 50 ml coconut milk, mix well, garnish with curry leaves and serve.
